Fees

Fees are payable at time of service. Please see the paperwork in the new clients section for more detail. We accept cash and MC/Visa credit cards.  At this time, we do not accept AMEX or Discover.  Most HSA plans cover evaluation services. 

We do routinely file insurance for patients. Please see new client paperwork for details. We are on most insurance panels in this area, with the exception of Amerigroup and most of the managed Medicare plans (Healthsprings, Aetna Medicare).  We do take Blue Advantage Medicare plan and United Healthcare Medicare plans.   

Please note: We do Zoom appointments upon request, but have found insurance reimbursement to be spotty for the type of evaluations this office performs. We typically do not file insurance, but can provide information for clients to file themselves, or in some occasions, our office will file insurance as if the client was seen in the office.
